All of our classes are for Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced students. Our Instructors will guide you through your practice at the level appropriate for you. Regardless of your experience, please remember that just as in life, not everyday will be the same. Always listen to the inner wisdom of your body.
Hot: A fixed routine of poses that allow the body to gain strength, balance, flexiblilty, and improve the circulation of the entire body.
Hot Flow: A combination of core Hot class poses integrated with instructor's choice of asanas that compliment the above Hot routine.
Hot Power: A continuous flow of poses that connect the mind/body/spirit by linking movement with breathe. |
