Come share in an original Osho Yoga session designed by rebel yogi Sami X based on concepts of transformation from the Indian mystic Osho. Within the framework of Hatha yoga, we will explore movement and stillness through activity an inaction, as well as cathartic elements. It will be a yoga class experienced from a very different perspective: exploring movement to emphasize stillness, going mad to throw gasoline on the fire inside of us in order to burn a bonfire and see what resides after the ashes of insanity are blown away. While it will contain elements of yoga that you may have seen before the class will be like no other yoga class you have ever taken.
Be prepared to jump into the unknown and possibly never return!
BONUS: A rebel talk concluding with an original Swami X poetry meditation.

Swami X is a rebel yogi, de-mystic and teller of tales who shares his view of truth through story, exercise and self-study.
